From the moment we were greeted at reception by Nermine, we knew we had a place to call home for Dad. Nermine's sensitivity, intuition, vibrancy and most of all, professionalism, was beyond any of our expectations. Thank you! The physical environment was clean, fresh and the natural light made it so pleasing yet it had a homely, personal feel. We are excited to join the Bupa family! Thank you sincerely Nermine. - Brackenboy Added June 24, 2020★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have a relative there who is easy going and rarely complains, however the meals are monotonous, lacking in variety and the food often sub-standard. They do not have a professional chef, and from what I understand one of the kitchen staff was promoted to head cook when the former chef resigned. Not very satisfactory when meals are the highlight of the day for many residents and should be something to be looked forward to.
